Introduction:
1. Laser welding can achieve spot welding, butt welding and precision welding of thin-walled materials and precision parts.

Detailed Component Introduction:
1. Italy Laser cutting head
Using Imported from Italy fiber laser cutting head, which has Z axis follow-up function. Highly sensitive and follow-up cutting head applies capacitance sensor monitoring, offering automatic adjusting function with stable and fast cutting. All kinds of matching design of nozzle are applied to lens with many focuses and can also be equipped with optical lens with different focuses. The focus and nozzle can be adjustable flexibly, including adjusting lens on X-Y direction and nozzles on the same axis.
2. Laser system
It is possible to select the power, frequency and pulse width of the laser output through controller or touch panel, and set the moving speed of the work bench and control the moving direction of the work bench to make the welding parameters match the welding requirement, make flat weld or weld spot to realize perfect welding effect. The laser power supply and the power control panel together determine the laser parameters:
Current (A): Determines the size of the firepower, ranging from 50A to 200A.
Pulse width (ms): refers to the duration of each laser point. The range is 0.3-10MS.
welding frequency (Hz): range 0.1-30HZ, 0Hz is jog, frequency refers to the number of lasers emitted per second.
3.Positioning, motion system
This machine is equipped with a red laser pre-positioning position to adjust the red light and laser coincidence. When the red light is used to indicate the positioning during the adjustment phase, the position of the laser can be fine-tuned by the two knobs on the front of the laser head when entering the precise positioning. The motion control of the machine controls the motion of the cross table with the CNC2000 control card. The X-axis travel is 300MM, the Y-axis travel is 200MM, and the two-axis drive is used for the 57HS22 stepping motor. When the welding flow chart is programmed, it can be automatically activated every time. Run the program set by the user, the use of the software, and the preparation of the program are detailed in the CNC2000 instruction manual.
